    小贴士 : 鸡肉炸过含有特别的香味,咖喱可以配白饭吃。

    Step 1

    用腌料把鸡肉块腌数小时或腌过夜,然后在热油中炸5-6分钟。Season chopped chicken with marinade ingredients for several hours or preferably overnight. Deep-fry in hot oil for 5-6 minutes. Dish out.

    Step 2

    热半杯食油,把香茅、咖喱叶及磨幼香料炒至香味四溢和出油。Heat wok with half cup oil,saute lemon grass,curry leaves and spices until fragrant and oil separates.

    Step 3

    加入炸好的鸡肉熟透及汤汁转稠,即可调味盛出。Put in fried chicken. Fry for a while and add water. Cover and cook simmered over low heat until chicken is just cooked and gravy is thick. Add in seasoning.
